I don't think that's bad.. check out the snapper inn. I'm sure if its a smaller amount of people it would be in a different room.
My friend threw her sisters shower in the same place she got married at the year before...noone cared...and it was actually nice being back at the place we were just at for another happy occasion!!

If my bm is getting married at the Snapper Inn in May would it be bad to have my rd there?

I personally wouldn't especially if you guys have the same friends. How would you feel if she got married first and have her rd @ your reception hall. If you think she will be ok with it then go for it.

Good Luck

How many people will be at your RD?

36, I almost went into shock when I figured that number out. Something you don't think of when you ask 6 girls and 6 guys to be in your wedding is that it automatically means 24 people at your rehearsal dinner.

The last wedding that FH was in the only people at the RD were the people in the BP. No other guests. They also 11 BM and 11GM.

Wait. . .so do I have to book this, but my FILs pay for it? I want to be the one deciding where we eat, not FMIL who would inevitably pick someplace cheesy--like the restaurant my mother used to work at!!! That would be bad AND an embarassment. I want to control it!!!

Oh boy. . .here comes Bridezilla. . .

Just talk to her!! She is pretty easy going.. most likely wont be a big deal, and if it is she would tell you.

Riverview in Oakdale is on the water; it's part of the Lessings Group. I like that spot a lot.
