Did anyone go to the bridal expo at fox hollow tonight? I found it disappointing to be honest. I'm sorry if this sounds bratty but I was really unhappy with the displays they had. I also thought that ppl were much more pushy at this one than others I have attended. Any thoughts?

Re: disappointing
Oh so sorry it didn't go well.
I've been to a bunch as well and I think the Watermill does a great job. They have a spring one coming up in April. I was sooooo hoping to convince my mom that we should have the sushi station when we brought her to the last one. We just don't have it in the budget to add on. She was wow'd by it but not enough to pay for it. LOL

I recommend going to one at East Wind...if they have one coming up. The vendors has a good set up -- and they actually have impressive flower arrangements. So many other shows give the vendors a tiny table and they show this tiny little arrangements that you would never have at your wedding!
The East Wind showcases are extremely spacious and you get a ton of food!

Did they have food at this one? I want to look at a few more RHs this Sunsday and have FH on the list. I don't know how their food is...and that is our deal breaker with the RHs. Any reviews on food there (FH)?

The Fox Hollow is very pretty. They had it decorated beautifully. We tried appetizers and desserts. They didn't have much else. What we did have was very good though. I was just disappointed in the vendors and the pushy people.

I have to agree. The vendors were really pushy. We didn't want to approach any tables.
I was not really impressed with the flower arrangements and such.
The food was good. I was a little surprised with the mini hamburgers and normal sized hot dogs cut in half though.
But I did make some appointments with the vendors I went there to see.

Re: disappointing
I didnt think it was that bad...as for the people who work at the Fox Hollow I have nothing but positive things to say about them.. They have always been helpful to me, my FH and my mother since we started with them.
My mother cannot walk upstairs and agian they went above and beyond to help us. Even when we booked they brought everything downstairs instead of sdoing it in the office upstairs so she could be a part of everything.
I have heard the food is excellent from many people.
The way I and my FH were treated right from the start made me want to book them as our RH.

I hope I didnt offend you. I was really referring to the vendors not the Fox Hollow. The place was decorated beautifully and the staff seemed nice. The vendors were just annoying.
