Figured I'd start researching this now. So for one of our signature drinks, we are going to be Smirnoff Tuscon Lemonade for the yellow cocktail. FH and I both love this and it's easy for the bartenders because it's just served over ice.
I am going to first see if I can order this through our RH and see how much they charge but does anyone know any good places (online or a store) to order bulk liquor?

Jessie did you get the liquor menu from the Riviera? if not i have it so you can see what they offer.
I asked them about bringing in other beers and wine and they said its cheaper to do it yourself. If you ask them to do it they have to charge you extra. So this would apply to other liquors.
The only thing is if you bring it in yourself and some of it isn't unopened they cannot return it to you.
Not sure if you knew that already lol so just thought id share

yeah I saw the list of what they have and it's not on there. It's a fairly new product so I'm not surprised. I figured it would be cheaper for me to get it elsewhere. I just did a google search and found a couple of places but my boss at the deli knows a buy who sells discount liquors so I am going to see if he beats the price I found.
And as far as the 'cannot return it you', do you mean that if I bring 24 bottles of this stuff on my own and only 13 get used that the Riviera gets to keep the rest of the bottles? That doesn't make sense at all.

On the list that I have it says 'we will gladly serve any and all liquor you wish to bring to your affair, however, please note it is illegal for us to return any or all opened bottles you bring in.'
They briefly mentioned that to me the day I asked about it so yea its sounds strange, but they threw 'illegal' into it - so you might want to call to ask just to check up on what the deal is. I just didnt want you to buy a butt load of it before knowing this.

well by reading that I guess if the bottle are UN-opened, than they can legally returned them to us. That's totally fine, I just don't want them to keep anything unused because that doesn't make any sense. I get the legal part of giving an open container to someone leaving a party because it's illegal to have an opened container in a car to begin with.

I found a really cheap liquor store last year for my FH surprise 30th birthday party that I threw for him.
It's in Nassau County, off of Old Country Rd in Westubry right by Costco. I don't remember the exact name but they sold the big bottles of Absolute for like $30. They don't have a huge selection but it's pretty decent.
You don't have to be a member either, you can just walk right in. It looks like it's attached to Costco but it's not. I think there's a Barnes and Nobles in the shopping center as well.

Did you find that place to be cheap? I thought they had great deals. Especially for the amount of alcohol I bought for him and his friends last year, lol.
