I am FED UP with these people. I ordered my save the date magnets, that was supposed to ship since 10/02/12 and arrive today (10/10/12) but they have been in 'production' since 09/27 and haven't moved yet. The best part?No one has been able to give me a straight answer. When you call them they say they'll call you back, when you use their chat they say to call. I was in a chat with someone who didn't even answer me, so I closed it and started a new chat, she transferred me back to the first one who still hasn't answered me.
If I ever get an update I'll let everyone know, but I DO NOT recommend these people.
Horrible Customer Service!!

I ordered champagne glasses from them to use as favors for my best friend's wedding last year and did not have a problem. I'm sorry to hear that :( Hope it gets resloved for you soon!

I never heard of them, but ordered my magnets October 3 from Vista print and they arrived today (delayed 1 day because of Columbus day). Very happy with them. Maybe you can cancel your order and start over.

vendors setting up accounts as brides to contact their customers, how about taking care of her during the live chat she was on with your customer service reps.

Thank you Dawnbon26. They only want to help once you put their bad service on a public site so everyone can see.I would have preferred an answer from your agents, who said they would call back 3 times and NEVER did. Or the chat agents who could only read back exactly what was listed on the 'track your order page'.
Maybe you guys should look into your customer service practices. I'm happy to update that without the help of discountmugs.com 'customer service' I found that my package was FINALLY shipped last night after receiving an automated email.
I would not recommend them unless your looking for the ultimate run around, and constant 'we'll get back to you' with no response.
I was hoping to order bags, shot glasses, pens and a few other customized items as favors from them but at this point, I'm so annoyed and fed up.
There are other options, and orientaltrading.com has always had good service, good products and I will be ordering everything else I need from them.

P.S. the chat rep did not give me any reason as to why my shipment was delayed, all she said was it would be shipped on 10/16, NEXT week. 14 days after it should have been shipped, but was shipped yesterday, arrival date of 10/15.They couldn't even rush the shipment as a courtesy.

They're replying on HERE asking you to email them, when they can't even return your call? That's just fishy to me. Looks like they're here trying to damage control and stall you even further. I'd make sure my credit card isn't getting charged in the meantime.

glad you're getting your order, hope it's correct. I bought so much from vistaprint, check them out also. Quality was great and with groupons the prices are fantastic.

Received my magnets, they came out good, but glad I got them. We ordered 200 and got a couple extra (didn't count yet) but They have contacted me multiple times to 'fix' things, so I emailed them and they haven't replied.Their closed sundays, my only day off lol, so I'll try to call them between my breaks, will update on how that goes.
