Hi Andrea- They may have changed the booking policy since I went in 1999, but my suggestions would be to book Palo (the adult only dining room) as soon as you get on the ship. It is an awesome experience. You FH should be online for the spa booking the couls massage package at the same time. You get a private steam room and two massages. O
