It's part of the Disney Vacation Club. It's set to open in 2011.

It won't be limited to DVC owners though. They've been planning this for years, they bought the property a while ago.

DVC is never limited to just owners. They always have a certain percentage that is held for cash rooms.

I didnt mean it like that. I just meant in general there are people who arent aware that they can stay at DVC resorts.
