we would like to display photos of our parents and maybe even our grandparents at the wedding - for those of you who did this where did you display them?

i love when they are on the mantle of the fireplace inside the room but since JT doesnt have that i was wondering where else they could go....i guess the placecard table and then maybe they could be moved into the reception room and put on the table that has the cardbox maybe?

i'm planning to put them on either side of our engagement picture, which will be on the piano with the placecards. then i'm hoping to have all the pictures moved in the reception, probably on the table with our memorial candle.

Thats sweet! We didnt do our parents-that would have been a nice idea. Instead we did a memory table for our grandparents. Let me see if I can find a pic for you. Ours was a memory table-justa little table off to the side with pics of them and of pete and I with them-with my mom's mom cause she was the only one alive.

My RH has a center hall table. We displayed our engagement picture in the center, and had both of our parents wedding pictures on either side.

we actually did it in the lobby when you first walked into the hall, but i think by the sign in book or near a memorial table would be lovely

what about setting up a table just for that?? you can have a simple DIY flower arrangment and some candles and all the framed pics. have it near the favor table or cake table etc. or where the cardbox is

That is a good idea, so that people can see it after the CH....I was going to put it w/ the placecards as well.

We had them displayed infront of our sign in tree. So if you have a sign in book you can put it there.
