dissapointed w/ Bridal Reflections in Carle Place

I had called to see if they had one of the BL BM dresses in stock to look at. You can't really tell what it looks like from the website bc it's shown in black. I wanted to see it in person. I called last night to see if they had it, and the girl said yes. I drove all the way there just to find out if was a mistake. I was def. dissapointed, but it wasn't the end of the world. They expect to have a sample soon, no biggie. While i was there i figured i'd look at some veils. If anyone has the veil i want, it has to be them. The girl at the front desk seemed to throw a little 'tude when i asked if someone could help me with cathedral veils (i guess bc i didnt have an appt but they store was dead!!!). Personally, I like the one in massapequa a lot better. HTH someone out if they weren't sure which one to go to. I think the girls in massapequa were great and from now on that is where I am staying

I havent had a good experience with the Carle Place store either.

But for girls looking into Bridal Reflections, their differant locations carry differant gowns.

The Masapeaqua store has gowns starting at $1200
Carle Place starts at $1700 (i was told they only have a few at that price the rest are more)
and the Manhattan store is their most expensive gowns.

If there is a gown you would like to try on, tell them when you make your appointment and they will 'do their best' to get it transferred to the store you are going to.

This is true because I had such a great experience at Carle Place

I had mixed feelings at the carle Place store. I called to make my appt. and the woman asked me what my price range was, and I said, oh, probably $1500 -$2500 and she said, well we have the cheaper dress in our other store. I said cheap? Oh, sorry I didnt realize $2500 was cheap. So I went there anyway because FH's parents live right around the corner from them. I went in and was ignored for about 10 min. then the girl who was ignoring me, was like, Oh, Hi how are you, Ill be helping you today (all excited and smily) After ignoring me and being slightly rude!

The rest of the appointment went pretty well. She was helpful in finding the right style, but poured compliments on a little too thick. She definitely helped me find my style so thats all I can say I left with! I never went to their other two stores.
