Hi. I am getting married at Jericho terrace in the Penthouse Room. Originally when I booked with them we took the Oak Room. I didn't realize how big my guest list was so we went and changed the room. I am now concerned about the change because of the skylight and the time of our wedding reception is at 1pm on a Sunday Afternoon in September! Did I make the wrong decission? If any of you brides got married in the Penthouse Room during the day please tell me I am OK because I am so upset!!!!

Im not sure about the answer here, but its prolly best to go to the Penthouse room THIS September and see how it looks at that time...its a gorgeous room hope everything works out!!!!

I didn't get married in the Penthouse room or during the day, but I have been in there during the day and it's beautiful! I think the sunlight through the skylight is an added bonus rather than a detraction! The only thing is you won't really be able to make use of the uplighting in the room since the room will be so full of light as is. But honestly, I don't think that will matter!

I think it will still be beautiful. But if you are that worried ask them if you can come for a tour during the day, I am sure they won't mind.
