Ugh!! I heard about Divabride's troubles with them. That is really too bad that they are so difficult to deal with. I was so excited about the idea of having the hotel right there. We may end up just dealing with the Marriott instead.

OK everything is fine now..it was a glitch in their system or something..she put my mind at ease and now I'm happy...she is going to do everything in her power to make this process enjoyable..whatever..just give me a free room!!!
