DIY BoK

Anybody planning on making their own Bouquet? Boutonieers? or corsages? I want to do this, but i'm nervous about the flowers wilting... anybody have any advice? Please post pics of your DIY

i'm planning on doing all my flowers
i'm going to order them to arrive 2-3 days before the wedding.

as long as you keep them in water and a cool area they will be fine for a few days.
when you buy the flowers wholesale especially roses they come not fully blooming.

I did them all - in silk. My advice is buy more flowers when you start so you don't run out. Save your receipt and return what you don't use. I purchased most at AC Moore and Michaels and had to make a few extra runs to different stores - when the store near by ran out of the specific flowers I needed.

I am doing my own, but I'm using silk. SOrry no picts yet....they are on my list of things-to-do....LOL

Those came out sooo good- they just encouraged me to try to make my own!! How much did it end up costing you to make all the boquets?
