DIY Centerpieces

I want to cut corners in every way I can. I'd like some kind of 'natural' looking centerpiece. I am trying to do a nature theme I think. (FH and I got engaged on a camping trip.) I was thinking some kind of vases with floating candles...Can anyone please give me suggestions on DIY centerpieces and post pics? I am not sure where to go or how much is reasonable to spend. Thanks!

we're doing something a little different - we're doing tiki torch candle centerpiece - im wrapping fern leavers around the base an then tying on with raffia a wooden handpainted hibiscus tag with our names and dates
