It came out really nice. I've been dreading doing my diy card box. I need to stop watching so many tutorials and just do it already.

Omg! She's so crafty!! Both came out really nice. Is jumping the broom in place of a sand or candle ceremony or something different?

Jumping the broom is at the end of the ceremony definitely more of an old school tradition which alot of wedding don't do anymore but idc I want to to do lol.I won't be having a Unity candle as part of my ceremony but they're two different things.
Thanks ladies :)

Are you Wiccan/pagan? I am... And keep trying to talk my bride into jumping the broom before we get married and she isn't having it!

LOL no I am not. I am African-American/Latina and from past knowledge as an African-American tradition jumping the broom signifies sweeping away the old and welcoming the new:)Hope this helps. I'm sure this is not just an african-american tradition though it's just where I saw couples jump the broom.
