DIY cry packs? did anyone do this that can help me?

Ive seen these and really like them, my girfriend who got married 3 yrs ago said she made hers...

does anyone know how to or have instructions or anything?? thanks!!!! :)

I bought 2x2 envelopes, then had stickers made, put a tissue in each envelope and sealed it with the sticker. It was very easy.

eta: i used the tissues that are in the travel section so they are folded already to fit perfectly in the envelope.

aprox how many did you make and how much were they total? I really want to do cry packs and give out the wands (i think thats what we're doing) with the programs because we need to hurry out of the church.
if i tell fh i want to do cry packs he'll prob get annoyed if they cost too much.
