DIY help needed (computer related)

Let me preface this by saying that I am an absolute moron when it comes to computers...ok, having said that, today I created a sample of my table numbers using one of my engagement pics. I used publisher. I want to turn the file into a .jpeg so that I can load it onto OFOTO or Snapfish and get them printed, but every time I turn it into a .jpeg, half of it gets cut off. What am I doing wrong? can anyone out there help me?
