Does anyone know how to make one of these initial wreaths to hang on the church door for a wedding ceremony?

I dont...but love the idea. I wanted a wreath for the church, but one florist talked me out of it b/c it's a waste of money. If I could do an inexpensive DIY that would be awesome

It's hard to tell, but is that made with yarn? If so it kinda looks like a latch hook rug.

I would buy styrofoam letters online, & silk flower heads (by the bag would be easiest) & a glue gun.

I'm guessing it's carnations in floral foam.

i wanted one too and my florist kinda talked me out of it.. said it was kinda $$$$
