I decided to make my own invitations and now that they are done I can say I'm glad but I have to say there was many times during the process when I questioned WHY?!?!?!?!? I had a lot of invitations to DIY so it was a big project!!! I kept with my pink & brown theme.
Today, myself, FSIL , FMIL & FFIL assembled and stuffed all the invitations. It's such a feeling of satisfaction to see them all in the box complete & ready to go!!!!
We are inviting a total of 457 people. 184 invitations are going out on Monday and the remainder were already mailed to Ireland/England in June.
wow, that's a lot of invitations. did making them save you some money?

I added many extras to them like the ribbon, vellum paper, did matching directions cards...but overall I did save $$$, my invitations are unique and that's what I love.

So far we have 50 no's from our Ireland/England guests so we're still hoping to fall under 350 that say yes.
