I got all the stuff from cardsandpockets for my DIY invites. For anyone who did them or are doing them. Any certain glue you used to do them??

Thanks!

Re: DIY Invite Question?

you mean for layering the cards and stuff like that?

I'm not DIYing the invites but maybe using Glue Dots might be the easiest way. You can get them from Michael's. They actually also have glue strips which are great because you can stretch them across more. I used them for the favor tags and they worked perfectly.

i agree with jessie. either glue dots, or maybe even double sided tape - or mounting squares (like the kind you use to put posters on the wall)

Re: DIY Invite Question?

i made a sample DIY invite a while ago and used this (click here)
I made the samples a few months ago and the invites still look great, so I think ill go with this stuff for sure...its very easy to use too since its in one of those white-out type dispenser things...also if u mess up and need to move the paper it lets u lift it and reposition

i got it at michaels and/or ac moore and bring ur coupons!

I used the ones that came with the kit (double sided) but I also used glue dots that worked great

i was wondering the same thing! I just got a sample kit from cards and pockets and played around with it. def do NOT use a glue gun...it came out terrible!

I used mounting squares. They were much easier than glue dots. I got them at michaels near the scrapbooking section.

i'm using this for the invites and it's working out nicely. the white out style dispenser hurts your finger after awhile.
