they have amazing paper at target that you can get personalized for the menu that is pre cut - im not sure of the size but it looked great

I'm using regular size paper 8 1/2 x 11 and makeing 2 on a page them cutting in half vertically

Ours were 8 1/2 X 11 folded in half.....Printed on all sides!!! I got soooo many compliments
