Anyone have any experience with spray painting the top of the mason jar. Not the screw part but the insert that goes over the opening.
Does this make sense?
We are looking to probably just do a sparkly silve to add some bling and make them all look a little fancier but just wanted to see if anyone has done something like this before.
Thanks in advance :)

DIY Mason Jar Question
I do, I do! I do for fun and presents. Just check that the paint you want doesn't have any materials that it DOESN'T stick to, but metal is pretty easy. Just make sure it has plenty of time and warm weather to dry, or it'll be tacky for a long time (and thats when you get fingerprints in the paint)

Perfect, thank you :)
Any way to speed up drying time? I'm going to be taking on this project when I get home from work in my garage and I don't know that my landlord will love the idea of 200 spray painted mason jar tops on her garage floor for long

DIY Mason Jar Question
Moving air is always a good thing! Do you have a fan to set up?! Also, if you're doing it today, once you're done painting shut the garage door so that the extra humidity doesn't come in. (But make sure it's open while you're painting so you're not inhaling all of the fumes. It should only take about 45-1:15 for everything to dry once you're done!
