DIY Menu - wording question

DIY Menu - wording question

This is probably a dumb question, but here goes!!

If your RH offers a duet (where the salad and appetizer are served on one plate), how do you word that on your personalized menu? Do you list the appetizer first, and then the salad below that, or do you combine them in one section?

I am confused!!

I would combine them so ppl. aren't sitting there expecting another plate to come out...maybe title it as 'salad/appetizer duet'.

I would do it in one section under Duet: and then give the name for example Vegetable Napolean. But this is my opinion. I am sure the RH could help you with that.
