DIY Menus DONE! With pics!

I have to thank pjc92980 for all her help with this! I asked her 4687463541354 questions but they are finally done!

I went on Vistaprint and designed my menu. It is a rack card. I then ordered cardstock from cardsandpockets.com for the bottom layer. I dont know if you can tell from the picture but it is a metallic cardstock. I also decided to put in three swarovski crystals. I ordered them from LK-Crafts through amazon.com. I paid $27 for 3 gross (432). I was scared that they would be dull for the price I paid but they were great quality and super-sparkly. I was very pleased. If you guys are looking for swarovski crystals - I highly recommend them! It was a real pain in the butt putting them on one by one with a tweezer and a hot glue gun but it really added to the look.

I had a lot of questions when creating my menus, so if anyone else needs help please let me know and I would be happy to assist.

I have so many questions. I am totally wanting to do this. Does vista have ivory rack cards. OMG please help!

Yes! Please help! How did you get that design or a monogram on there cause I've been digging through vistaprint for a week now.

Nice work!!!! I'll be doing similar DIY ones that I am printing myself.

I got it from pjc92980. Then I just flipped it to use in the bottom corner as well. She actually used it in all four corners and it looked great. If you FM me your email address I will send it to you as a jpg.

If you go on vistaprint it will give you the sizes. I am not entirely sure. Basically, for the bottom layer I just ordered packages of cardstock from cardsandpockets.com. Just regular 8.5 x 11 size. I think I paid $27 for 50 sheets. Each 8.5 x 11 page of cardstock makes two backing sheets. I just centered the rack card onto one half of the cardstock and adhered it with glue dots that I also got from cardsandpockets.com.

Another tip for all you DIY brides is that if you go on vistaprint you can create custom colors. I went on cardsandpockets.com and got the color code for the sand paper that I used and created the exact color on vistaprint. Then I was able to use it on my menu and it matches perfectly.
