DIY Metallic Paper Printing

Hi, I am doing Metallic Invites and want to print on an ivory metallic text and then stick onto a Bronze Gold Cover Stock ? For my Menus & Seating Cards?

Where did everyone have these printed?

What should I use to stick the text onto the cover ..

Thanks
