DIY need help

ok so today with inspiration fron Danicia I am starting my L.O.V.E letters for the cake table heres my question......Im having a black and white wedding and was wondering what your suggestions are for the way I color my letters

should I alternate on letter white one letter black? OR do the outer area in black top part in white and alternate that way?? (if I made any sense lol)

Re: DIY need help

depending on what color you want prominent i would do white or black letters with the other color as a outline or boarder

or even alternate.......

white L black boarder
black O white boarder
white V black boarder
black E white boarder

hee hee no prob

what are you painting?
if they are unfinished wood you might be able to sand them a little and just paint.
but if they are the finished white ones i would prime first.

if they are the paper mache ones just go ahead and paint but since thoes are paper they will absorb a lot of paint.

if this is a major concern then do them black with the white boarders so they stand out more.
