I have a folding fan template HERE.
However, I was at a wedding 2 weeks ago, and the bride used two pieces of cardstock, cut with rounded edges, more or less in a square shape. The edges went slightly in so it wasn't just a plain square, then she glued them to a painted stick. I think you can get plastic fan sticks also. There was a ribbon at either the top or bottom (can't remember). One side had the wedding party and music, the other had the order of the ceremony. It was super easy and looked really nice.

I wanted to do the fans that fan out, not the one on the stick and I tried to make it myself...it worked but it was really hard because its nearly impossible to cut each page exactly the same...for me anyway. I ended up getting a BRIDES kit from Michaels and its really cute, and comes with the template so you just have to change the info to your own or customize it however you want. With a 50 percent off coupon it came to 19 dollars...hope that helps
