DIY Program Help

Hey girls! I'm really bad with DIY but I want to try to make my own programs. I know how to do the cover the way I want but I don't know how to print the inside pages and what type of paper is best to use. If any one has templates or directions pleaseeeeeeeeeee help.

Thanks

Re: DIY Program Help

do you have microsoft publisher??? they have a 'booklet' template....otherwise the microsoft word has templates for programs

eta: i have office 2007 on my work computer

eta (again): i would use a medium cardstock (found at any craft store, AC Moore, Michaels) for the cover and regular paper for the inside...i wouldnt go to crazy bc how many people really keep the programs

It's alot simpler than you think. I was going to go crazy on them, but then thought -for what- no one's gonna keep 'em. I bought the programs from staples - a real simple one and they have a site that you go on for the template that goes with the program you buy. I think i spent $20 for 50 programs. I played with it one night last week and did them in about 2 hours.

I'm looking for anyone who has done their wedding on a budget for a story I'm writing for Newsday. If this is you, please write to me at [email protected]. Thanks!

I second this. It's so simple and they come out looking great. I did this for my friend's wedding and no one knew it was a DIY project.
