DIY Program Paper

Hey Ladies,
I have a question. I am doing a program (in a booklet form) for the ceremony. My question is about what paper weight to use. I want to do a heavier paper for the outside cover but i dont know what weight will be thick enough to be sturdy but not too thick to be folded. It also has to be able to be printed on.

Also, im gonna put a layer of vellum which i can figure that out on my own, but the actual paper that all the info will be printed on on the inside.... again, what weight is a good weight and easy to fold and print on.

I priced out some places online but i just dont know what weights to go with for the cover or the inside thinner pieces.

TIA

I bought brochure paper for some stuff. You can't see thru it. And it is foldable. I purchased it at Staples.
