I didn't find a template yet, but I got amazing card stock at homegoods!!! The paper is pearlized and has my victorian colors in it, the paper came in a booklet of 48. I have also seen it sold at michales and ac.

I bought amazing programs from Michaels on clearance for $9.99/40 programs. You might want to check their clearance section first! i couldn't believe it! They were originally $40 for the box.

Re: DIY Programs

i copied something off a website and then just did it in word- two vertical columns. got cream colored cardstock ($34) from staples and cut it vertically with paper cutter, then cut it, punched two holes in top and tied with ribbon that matched girls dresses. used the card stock also for cards in the OOT bags and for the insert for hotel info in invitations (matched invitation perfectly too!) pics in album
