DIY PROJECTS

For those that are planning on doing some DIY things, when are you starting?

I have bought the supplies for the Monogram Cake Topper & Guest Book, I am also doing Petal Cones but I was not planning on doing it until closer to the wedding.

I am just afraid of things breaking, discoloring, etc...

I think im going to start in Dec/Jan ... righ before the big RUSH comes for me to go crazy and do everything!

I am moving in October so I am doing NOTHING before then. Actually I don't think I am going to do anything until after the holidays.

I plan on doing the 'WE DO' letters, menu's, table name cards, place cards, petal cones, envelope box. I don't think I am going to bother with programs.

Originally some friends were going to help me out with a few things. But being things have been a bit difficult on my side, I've made arrangments to do things sooner than later. We're doing petal cones, memory candles and menu's so it's not that bad. We'll probably do them in January. Thats 4 months before, so hopefully nothing gets fugged up!

check out my album- i made a bunch of things!
im going to start deisgning the programs soon- i havent printed out the menus but i did save the layout

I will be doing them over the winter!! Something nice to do while its cold out and I don't want to leave the house! Going to do the votice place cards.. 'I do' cake table letters, monogram cake topper... and some other things..

Newsletter
Place Cards
Photo Card Holder
I DO letters for cake table
Possibly Petal Cones
OOT Baskets

Maybe some other stuff but thats my list for now!! Anything to save on Money!!!

Im doing , petal cones, votive place cards, programs, confetti flowers, some bling stuff, ( thanks to bari showing me a particular site ) & maybe attempt to do the invites Oh & the menus & tic tacs.

Lord knows what else as i go along, Im gonna start after the summer & keep most things in a air tight container..
