DIY Ques: How did you make your own favor tags?

FH and I designed a logo and would like to print it as favor tags, labels, etc. Did anyone do this? What kind of supplies did you use?

if you want to print labels, just buy 8.5 x 11 sheets of full size labels, and cut accordingly!
