DIY Question

FH and I are creating and printing almost all of our paperwork...direction cards, programs, menus, etc. How far in advance should we print these items? What is the best way to store them so they don't age, weather, etc.

I did our direction cards the week I sent out the invites.
I did our programs about a week or two before the wedding. I wanted to meet with our Officiant one last time to get details, etc.
We didn't do menus, but I would do them soon after picking your menu with the hall not before just in case there are any changes. That's usually a month before your wedding.
