How to pull this off? Where to get the supplies? For the seating chart, I guess you need an easel, a frame, and some matting paper - any advice from people that have done this would be appreciated! Same with the card box. Thanks! (-16 days 2 go!)

I'd look for a hat box or something like that at Michael's. You could even use an unfinished box and wrap it in wrapping paper and ribbons. I did find this tutorial. Hope it helps! DIY Cardbox
