Anyone know how to have a picture faded in the background? What program did you use?

Can't you do that in word as a watermark? I am not positive but pretty sure that is how you do it.

maybe try picnik?? fade a picture on there..paste it into word, but put whatever u want on top of it?

i used picnik.com as well and used probably every feature they have...heres my sample its a little too much i think but it was fun making
