I am sitting with my DJ on Saturday to go over what we want. I have picked out some major songs.

Introduction Song- My favorite all time song is Rosalita by Bruce Springsteen and there is an acustic part of the song I would like to walk in to.

First dance-Love of a Lifetime by Firehouse

Cake cutting- Grow old with you-Adam Sandler

Anniversary Dance-From this Moment On- Shania Twain

Last Dance- The Prayer- Josh Grobin and Celine Dion
We are not having Father/daughter or mother /son dances or boquet or garter toss

FH doesnt really care about the music as long as there is no Beatles played so I have to put them on my Do Not Play list

Are there any other one I missed?

I can't believe you are already doing that!? I haven't even thought about it. Our DJ said that we would be doing it a month or two before the wedding because new songs are constantly coming out...

my FH were talking songs the other day.. we have ideas but are waiting to see what other people use in the upcoming weddings we're going to (can't be copy-cats! lol)

i want to do it and get it over with. About a month before i will give him our must play during the reception but I wanted to get the main ones out of the way since we are meeting with him now.
Yeah and the Beatles-- He just hates them.

We are not doing those dances. Hi mom is sickly and wont be able to dance with him and I feel bad doing a spotlight dance with my dad and him not with his mom. I will just dance during the reception with my dad.
