Hi everyone,
I am getting married September 2014 at Fox Hollow. We are looking for a DJ, however, all of the vendors suggested by our venue are a little more money than we wanted to spend. Can anyone recommend any good DJs that are less than $1500 for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception?

Xtreme Sounds! We weren't going to do ceremony or cocktail hour because we're on such a tight budget, but we were able to do everything with them.. and stay under.

Talk to Phil from After Hours! Their price for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception DJ was $1250. And Phil is awesome!

Parties Alive! I'm paying below your budget for DJ & MC, for 6 hours (ceremony, cocktail, and reception). It was the same at my Venue. The other recommended company was super expensive. It frustrating, but I'm happy I found a great company in my budget, they even made having a Photobooth work for us!

I would also suggest FM Entertainment. We're having Frank as our one man DJ/MC for the 30-min ceremony, CH, and 4-hr reception for $1,000. We didn't do any upgrades or add-ons. Frank did a 20-min showcase for us and he was great!

LISound is really great and works with your budget. I'm not using them for ceremony but for cocktail hour and reception we are!

We ended up booking After Hours last night! Met with Phil, he was great! Using Brett as the MC. Thank you everyone for your feedback! It helped tremendously!
