Okay I have seen 3 djs so far and like each one having a real hard time choosing. Absolute from the WOTY, Bravura at FH cousins wedding and Xtreme Sounds from the Stonebridge Bridal Show. Any suggestions? They aren't much of a difference in $$ which is were I thought I'd be able to choose. We are still looking but Im afraid the list of likes will just keep growing.

Re: DJ Dilemma
Go with the company/DJ that makes you feel the most confortable, that seems to listen to you more and that you 'mesh' best with. Money shouldn't be a deciding factor (and it sounds like it isn't) because this is probably your most important vendor (other than food) when it comes to keeping the guests happy. Go with your gut - get someone reliable, responsible and great for you!

Thanks I agree. That was why I liked two of them but FH likes the third better Money of course is somewhat of a factor but I do think they are very important to the success of a good wedding. Just like the florist setting the right mood. That dilema starts Saturday with my first florist appt.

Meet with them again and go with an open mind. That's what we did. Make a list of a million questions and ask them - the most patient and knowledgeable won for us. Or, if you don't have time to do this in person, call them and 'bother' them - if they're annoyed or not helpful, move on.
And don't stress too much about florists...you will be fine...one thing at a time. Did you find a church?
ETA: My photographer is friends with Bravura and definitely recommends them. Not sure that will help.

Re: DJ Dilemma
My FH husband recently booked our DJ and I have been to two weddings where I had seen them in action. They kept everyone on the dance floor all the time and are really nice and very professional. Their prices are reasonable too. You might want to check them out. Maybe another option will work best for you since you both cannot make a decision with the three you had seen so far. The entertainment company is EJ The DJ.

I agree with everyone saying that you should go with the company you get the best 'feeling' from. I loved Bravura from the second I walked in and then after talking to Tony and seeing the demo video, I was sold.

No still looking for a church but feeling better about the situation. Not so much at a loss with it. Looking into St. Johns the Episcopal at a recommendation from another bride as well as a few others given to me.

Re: DJ Dilemma
We booked xtreme sounds after seeing them at stonebridge. I was a little unsure but my FH liked them. After I met with Brian I was much more comfortable he's really nice.

Yeah we were there last night and I thought Freddy and John were great and full of energy. Everyone they were working with were great too.
