My girlfriend is getting married next year. She's looking at DJ's now. She's down to 3, and asked me to get some feedback for her. So I ask the experts.
They are:
Get In Tune Absolute DJ Doctor Dance
Thanks

Re: DJ Feedback
A lot of girls here like Get In Tune. I went to see them and Glenn is very nice, though I went with Spin Around Sound (I wanted a little less MCing than what Glenn's style seemed to be).

Re: DJ Feedback
We also booked Get In Tune.Glen is a sweet heart and not a car salesman. He is a very upfront person one of the reasons we liked him he didnt try to shmooze us,he did a girlfriends wedding back in oct. at the meadow club he was great and not chessy. We saw him at a showcase in the holiday in last june and booked him on the spot.He does everything the way you want it.Hope i could help you out.

Re: DJ Feedback
I am most likely going with Get in Tune myself. I like their prices and Glenn is very nice. Although I am still on the hunt myself, I haven't heard the other two on your list. I think you really just need to go to showcases and hear their styles, even though they always overdue it at those things. But Good Luck on your search!

Re: DJ Feedback
I met with SAS and GIT... I found that SAS was about $500 more expensive for the same package. PLUS to have a microphone for my officiant would be extra like $250 or something. I went with GIT. He was great. Im very happy with my choice. JMO

Re: DJ Feedback
There are two packages that I know of. But I am sure they would work with you on a custom package if you would like. I went to a showcase last week, and here is what they told me:
Package 1--- $1,195 Ceremony music (if needed at hall) One Hour Cocktail Four Hour Reception Professional DJ & MC Tuxedo Attire State of the art sound system and light show with complete trussing. No Props Included
Package 2---$1,295 Same as above, but props are included: straw hats, hawaiian leis, maracas, sunglasses, tamborines, blow-up guitars, blow-up mics, clappers, streamers, and mardi gras necklaces.
If you want to check out the site it is www.getintunedj.com
They also do steel drum ($395) and harpist($295)
Good Luck. I hope this was helpful. Don't forget, they probably will work with a package for you!

Re: DJ Feedback
You're welcome. I just called and made an appointment for myself. Those prices I gave you are apparently showcase specials. So if you want, tell them you were at the Majestic Gardens showcase, incase the prices are different. Just a thought. Good Luck.

WOW!! That is a great price!!!! Do they give you a sheet to fill out for songs for first dance, father/daughter dance, what kind of music you like, etc.

Re: DJ Feedback
I have not met with them yet, but you can print out the forms from their website. Glen also said we can pick every song that gets played if we really want to.
