DJ help

I've seen Starlight Express and Tommy's Tunes and liked them both... We're looking for a DJ that's a bit cheaper but whose quality is still great.

First, any good DJ reccomendations for @ $1500 or less and nobody that works out of his home please.

Second, I've only found one review on Bravura Entertainment. Any feedback on this vendor?

Thanks ladies!

Bravura was my first choice. They were booked for my date. They are very popular here. Try doing a search on Bravura and you will see how excited some brides are about them...

I wouldn't rule out anyone just because he/she works out of their home. We used Music By Michael, who has an office in his home. He did a fabulous job! We added a slide show but I think he's in your budget. Lots of brides here have used him and been thrilled.

I used Mike D. from L&S Entertainment in Valley Stream. He did a great job and they were about $1000 for a basic package of one DJ, but I am not sure if the prices went up a little since November.

I agree with the post about MRG Productions!! MRG Productions is AWESOME. They did our August wedding and people are still talking about it. We've been to other weddings and parties with them and everyone always LOVES them! We've even had several people book them because of how great they were at our wedding. Definitely try MRG Productions and ask for Marty. He's sooo great to work with.

My fiance is a DJ. If your looking for a DJ/MC then he is what your looking for also he is definitly in your budget. He has been DJing for 12 years, he does the usual weddings, sweet 16's etc. He also works at a club in Manhattan once a month.

Its his own business, and to see his work you would have to stop in on one of his jobs. He has a few coming up in April and May (2 weddings in May)

If you want more info FM me.

Good luck I know how hard it is to find a DJ.

You definitely need to look in to Vinny from High Voltage. He is in your price range and is so friendly and professional. He also works out of his home. FH and I went to meet with him there. We booked him on the spot.
