DJ... Not sure where to begin

FH and I met with Joe from Tommy's Tunes this afternoon; we really like how organized they are and how helpful and flexible the were, but I definitely want to look at more DJ's before we settle...I am known for looking for the cheapest option, and although we love Tommy, it still seems like a lot of money... We only need the bare minimum...possibly only one DJ/MC, no crazy lighting or screens or anything... Any ideas if there are any small name or really competitive DJ's around that can give us a fabulous price?

I'm booked with Tommy's tunes, I highly recommend them! They gave me a great price and have an excellent reputation. If you want to check out some other DJs first I recommend meeting with After Hours (def meet with Phil!), and Absolute Entertainment.

I am the same way. I always look for the least expensive option. But this is your wedding. So I say, if you liked him, go see 2 other DJs, and if they don't feel right, go with your gut.

I booked with Marc Bauman who beat the quote Tommy Tunes gave me. But in the end, pick the DJ Company you click with the most.

AFTER HOURS!! I definitely recommend them! I saw phil at a bridal expo and LOVED HIM! Two of my girlfriends are using him and when FH and I met with him ... we booked him right there! We only met with the one dj but I had spoken with a few other places and I just didn't click with them! Phil has AWESOME prices!!

We booked SilverFox DJ because we absolutely loved and adored their photo/video department (which we also booked with). We met with Opera Steve and within MINUTES FH & I knew he was the one!
