Dj or Band

I want a Dj, but my dad says a band is better. It is also much more expensive? what are you guys doing?

we wanted a band, and after seeing pricing, my FH cringed....then we heard the band...and he said, oh we have got to have a band!!...so we are having a band...lol

I agree with your pops! Bands are GREAT at weddings, but they ARE very expensive. My band is $5k and thats a STEAL..

Would have loved to have a band, my ethnicity is Ukrainian and FH's is Polish and I cant seem to find a band that plays both types of music and English as well, so we went with a Polish DJ who can play all three for us!

not sure....I am voting for DJ b/c they are cheaper...FH wants a band. I do love bands - saw two I loved - Heart & Soul & After Hours but both are expensive.
