DJ/Photographer??????

Any brides want to rave about their DJS or photographers? I'm stumped and want to book these 2 vendors next. I'd appreciate it!!

DJ/Photographer?????? - Long Island Weddings

We booked with bravura and they are awesome... they mix their own music and have over 30k songs on them at all times.. they also keep backup equipment with them which was a huge plus because at a friend's wedding one of the speakers blew and it was extremely annoying to be sitting at the table next to a speaker that was screeching the whole time!

We booked proline for photography and videography and they have been wonderful so far. My FMIL is a former pro photographer and knew all of the right questions to ask (don't ask me what she asked the vendors we looked at because i have no clue what she was saying- she was talking about pixels and stuff lol).... so according to her, proline was the most impressive she has seen in awhile- she said they had really good equipment and their pictures were taken with the best technique or something lol... I know nothing about photography really, but I would suggest looking into companies that are NOT new. There are so many freelance photographers around now, but alot of them really don't have the training they should. So definitely look into actual companies that have been around for like 5+ years at least

we booked with absolute dj entertainment in Sayville for dj. they were very easy going to work with and actually showed us a video of a wedding that they did at our venue which was nice to see.

we booked phil @ after hours for our dj. we're super excited about him - he has a great personality and really worked with our budget. he's super responsive, and ALWAYS on email - all hours of the night!

for photography, we booked laura pennace (pennace photography). she does absolutely amazing work. i didn't want a studio.

We booked with Tommy's Tunes for DJ. My cousin used them for her wedding and they were great, my coworker had nothing but good things to say about them as well. Also we just clicked with Tommy who I could see myself feeling comfortable asking questions and talking to throughout this process. They've been easy to work with.

For photo we went with Fade to Black and they have been just the best vendor. FH immediately felt comfortable with Gil, I think he would've signed on the spot. I feel like I got a really good price for all that's included in my package, Gil was flexible in working with our budget and I didn't sacrifice quality at all. Gil always emails me back quickly and answers all my questions. I was so happy with my engagement shoot, love my photographer, the pictures came out beautiful, it just reassured me I made the right decision to go with them.

We are using complete wedding packages in East Meadow for photo/dj. They created a great package for us! Amanda is one of the owners and she has been great to work with!

Remember, no matter what vendor you are interested in, check the Better Business Bureau to see if there are any complaints against them. You can also check reviews on other websites.
