DJ Play List.....anyone have a good one?

I have to provide my DJ with a sample play list of play and don't play songs.... there are SO many songs out there... I am overwhelmed. Can someone provide me with a good/fun play list to get ideas from????? Thanks Much!

You should do a search here, awhile back everyone was posting their play/do not play lists and there were quite a few songs I wish I remembered in March when we got married.

or check out http://www.longislandsounds.com/music.html, it lists mostly artists..but that will spark some songs you like from the artists..it is a good start. t

Here's my general rule of thumb--if they'd play it at a high school prom, don't play it at your wedding. That should weed out any theme dances, overplayed Ricky Martin songs, Mambo #5, etc.
