Is $1,900 too much to spend on a DJ? It would be for the 'Special Deluxe Package' inclusive of 5 hours of music, a disc jokey, an MC (both in full tux's) and an all night light show.

Re: DJ: Prices?
Mine is about a grand more than yours and one of the only difference is I have giveaways and they will be playing cocktail and ceremony..
Compared to a band that's cheap

Re: DJ: Prices?
Thanks for your feedback. This one will play the cocktail hour and reception as well. We didn't want give aways, but if we did it would have been more money. Thanks again for your info.

Re: DJ: Prices?
We are using Tommy's Tunes and are paying close to the same price. There are other DJs out there for a lot less but for me a DJ can make or break the party and I know they are worth the money.

Re: DJ: Prices?
The price sounds reasonable to me. There is definately cheaper DJs out there - but if you really like this company I say go for it.

Re: DJ: Prices?
Thanks! This is for Tommy Tunes as well. I was just a little worried that maybe I would be paying too much... but I know that they rock and feel better now that I know this price is decent for a great DJ. THANK YOU!

we paid much less because we know him, he did my sisters wedding and hes a client of my sisters..but he normally goes for 1300 I think, and he is fantastic!!!! 5 hours, MC etc. We loved him, did a great job!

We paid $1100, but I think that $1900 is in the average rage.
