DJ question

Meeting with DJ this weekend to finalize contracts

what should be in contract
and
what should i ask before booking (i have to look thru my old notes too haha)

All the detail;

what time everything starts, so if you have them doing ceremony music/cocktail hour music, make sure all the timing is down, as well as the reception times

Make sure you find out how many people will be there, like Dj./MC or a lighting technician, these people count and will have to be paid for at your hall usually.

Make sure if you requested a specific DJ/MC you have them write who it is in the contact

Payment schedule and dates should be in there

Specific lighting and anything that comes with that.

That's all that comes to mind right now lol..

ooo..also cancellation policy should be in there, details like refunds and so on!! :) Just in case, you never know, maybe you want a different DJ or whatever the case may be.
