i am making my lists out for when i meet with my vendors for the final time---i wanted to know what i should make sure i ask/tell my DJ at my final meeting--thanks!

Make sure he knows how to say all of the names correctly and make sure he knows of any special instructions you may have. Also let him know how many toasts you're doing, exactly how you want to be introduced and any special songs you want played.

if there are any tough to pronouce names.. to the side of it you might want to spell out how it sounds..phonetically
