There's a few DJ companies on my list and I'm not sure how to narrow it down. Can anyone recommend which DJs I should see? Any advice on them and which DJ/MC you got? Thanks so much!

I looked at Tommy Tunes and Bravura. Both were great, but my meeting with Bravura was just outstanding. Even if you don't book with them, just go for a meeting because it was the coolest thing ever. They basically do a showcase for you, and they were the most professional and prepared company I have ever seen (saw them at a wedding) I liked that they all wear tuxes, the DJ has 30k songs on hand and mixes everything live, the MC has 'energy levels' so they tailor their energy level to the type of vibe you want for your day, and they keep backup equipment with them (believe me, this is very important! I have been to 3 weddings where one of the speakers had a ringing in it because it blew and it was very annoying)
Also saw Satisfaction Guaranteed at a wedding, and they were amazing. MC Vinny is great, and I requested him for my wedding before looking anywhere else, but they were booked already on my date unfortunately. He was great though, and had everyone dancing the whole night

We booked we Genesis Events, they are the preferred vendor at my venue and gave us the best price. They were $1,000 less then other DJ's we met with. I saw them a few times at showcases and also saw them at an engagement party and I'm really happy with my choice. Good Luck!!

I met with In the Mix and they were really great but we booked with Ultimate Sound DJs. We saw them at a showcase and thought they were great. They also do live mini showcases at their office so u can get an idea of what to expect. We booked Raul for our MC.
