DJ Tipping

Along with my DJ comes:

DJ
MC
Lighting Guy
Picture Guy (to take the pictures for the plasmas)

How much would you tip each? Do they get the same of should it vary depending on their role?

i just gave an overall tip to the mc, they can divide it up. We had mc dj and plasma picture guy. We originally were giving $300.00 but bumped it to $400.00 the day of. so another words we were going to do $100.00 per person, but added at the end.
