I'm getting married at Land's End & it's time to book a DJ. We're looking for steel drums during the outdoor cocktail hour & an awesome (and reasonably priced) DJ for the reception.
I'm debating between Tommy Tunes & Variety Music.
I'm kind of leaning toward Variety since I've heard that TT was late to one bride's ceremony (and wasn't able to provide music for the ceremony) & another bride told me that her TT MC spent a good amount of her wedding night outside the venue smoking cigarettes.
I'd appreciate any information (esp. quotes) from you girls!

DJ - Tommy Tunes or Variety Music - Long Island Weddings
I'm booked with Variety Music and absolutely love them. I'm getting a ton of things from them (percussionist, photo booth, uplights, plasma tvs with video montage & snap photos) and I think the price is very reasonable. I saw them at a bridal expo and made an appointment with them after their showcase. I liked mostly all of the other DJs I saw, but just clicked with Variety in terms of what I'm looking for in my wedding. They're extremely professional and have been great since the day I booked. I will FM you a quote. :)
