Hey,

Does anybody have a copy/sample of the form they send out? I want to see how many songs/ what I need to decide later.

TIA!

Yeah the one from my band aka company would be preferable, but I just want to know how many songs we need to pick really. I know there is first dance, cake cutting... but I'm not sure how many there are. I figured that generic form would give me the best info.

well u have

entrance music
first dance
cake cutting
parent dance
b0-k garter
montage songs
last dance.....hth
