DJ's

How much do Dj's usually run and does anyone have recommendations?

It really depends on what you want. There are just dj's and then there are dj and mc's lights, intelligent lights, dancing on a cloud, give aways, percussion players etc.
eta - also alot of them offer video screens to do the photo montage and they take pics of your guests all night and put them up on the screen...

I haVE seen a range from $600 - $2k. Depends on who you book and what you want included in your package

I am using Let Us Entertain You and I am paying $1400 for 5 hours of music (do not need them for cocktail hour), giveways, lights, bubble machine and costumes for my guests to wear during the playing of certain songs.

I am using doctor dance. They are Really reason with the prices. I love having them for my dj.

We are using High Voltage Sounds. For 4hrs of music , DJ and no frills $600. I met with several DJ's before meeting with Vinny and booked him on the spot.

We are also using Vinny...but we are getting the 1/2 crate of giveaways...and he is also doing the music for the ceremony and CH...still only comes to $825. He was very nice and professional when we met with him...we booked on the spot.
